Luigi Trenti

Architect graduated in Industrial Design in Florence.
He works as a designer in various sectors including furniture.
Also active in the lighting field, he was chief designer for Targetti Sankey, company that won the Compasso d’Oro award in 1998.
With the lamp Lesena produced by Martini, selected by Achille Castiglioni for Intel Award, Young & design Prize winner and exposed to Bio Ljubljana, he introduced the “Lesena Style”, a formal concept that inspired the design of many other products in areas such as radiators, mirrors, sinks, shower columns and libraries.
With Poker, produced by Cisal, Yatao Award winner in Canton and I.D. Award in New York, introduced the plan kitchen double jointed faucet, which already has numerous followers in the market.
Lift, produced by Composad, selected for Grandesign and Green Dot Awards in Los Angeles, is the first adjustable height closet.
Member of ADI since 1993, founded the Delegation of Tuscany in 2006, becoming President and Coordinator of the Territorial Observatory for Design. He is Professor in Product Design System at the ISIA of Florence.
